Pure Yoga

‘Pure Yoga’ combines the female beauty ideal with the philosophy of yoga. The renowned yoga expert Inge Schöps assigns seventeen mind topics to the 58 yoga poses: e.g. to be free, to feel your inner stability, to be purposeful and sensual, to love and be compassionate or attentive in the here and now. In a unique way and manner, discerning and qualitative yoga art photography by star photographer Peter Hegre, illustrates the purity of yoga. Each chapter offers a deeper explanation of the yoga philosophy and is, together with the philosophical words of wisdom from the yoga classics, an inspiration for Westerners for a more conscious and happy life.
